Comment: 
 tools/uni_parse.tcl and tools/uni_parse2.tcl are based on tools/uniParse.tcl
 from Tcl distribution, and they generate c_src/uni_data.c and
 c_src/uni_norm.c.  Those files are distributed under BSD-style Tcl/Tk license
 as written above.
